Cancellation Policy

Plans change — here’s how cancellations and refunds work.
Free cancellation
Cancel up to 24 hours before pickup at no charge. If you paid online, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Within 24 hours
Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup may be charged the 30% deposit to cover the driver we’ve already committed. If you booked to pay cash, there’s nothing to pay.
No-shows
If no one is at the pickup point and we can’t reach you after the driver has waited (15 minutes for hotels/addresses, up to 60 minutes after landing for airport pickups), the trip is treated as a no-show and may be charged in full.
Flight delays
For airport pickups we track your flight and adjust the pickup time for reasonable delays at no extra cost — you don’t need to do anything.
Changes
Need a different time or pickup point? Message us as early as you can and we’ll do our best to accommodate at no charge, subject to availability.
Refunds
Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
