Terms of Service

These terms govern private transfer services provided by Dushi Transfer (operated by Nandana Dushi Car), Ponton 49, Aruba (“we”, “us”). By booking a transfer you (“the guest”) agree to them.

Bookings & prices

A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with a reference number. Prices are shown in US dollars as a flat rate for the selected route and vehicle, plus 7% tax. Extra stops, child seats and other add-ons are shown before you confirm. Routes we don’t list a fixed price for are quoted personally on WhatsApp.

Payment

You may pay cash (or card) to the driver on the day, or pay online by card. Online card payments carry a 3.99% processing fee, shown before you pay. Online payments are handled by our payment provider (Mollie); we never see or store your full card details.

Cancellations & changes

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. See our Cancellation Policy for full details. To change a time or pickup, message us as early as possible and we’ll do our best, subject to availability.

The service

• Private, door-to-door transfer in the vehicle class you booked.
• Airport pickups include meet & greet with a name sign and flight tracking.
• We monitor your flight and adjust for reasonable delays at no extra charge.
• Child/booster seats are available on request when added to your booking.

Guest responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup details, flight number and contact information.
• Be ready at the agreed pickup time and place.
• Wear seatbelts and follow the driver’s reasonable safety instructions.
• No smoking, illegal substances, or behaviour that endangers the driver or vehicle.

Liability

We operate licensed, insured vehicles and take your safety seriously. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather, road closures or flight schedule changes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected transfer. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published here.
