Dushi Transfer (operated by Nandana Dushi Car), Ponton 49, Aruba, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you book a transfer and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your name, phone/WhatsApp number and email.
• Trip details: pickup and drop-off, date and time, flight number, hotel/room.
• Number of guests, bags and any add-ons.
• Payment status. Online card payments are processed by Stripe — we never receive or store your full card number.

Why we use it

• To provide and confirm your transfer and send receipts.
• To dispatch and brief the driver assigned to your trip.
• To contact you about your booking and respond to questions.

Who we share it with

We share only what’s needed to run your trip:

• The driver assigned to your booking (your name, contact and trip details).
• Stripe, to process online card payments.
• Our email provider, to send confirmations and receipts.
• Google Maps, for address autocomplete when you type a custom address.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if we send you a booking message on WhatsApp — this shares your phone number, name, booking reference, pickup time and route with Meta.

We do not sell your personal information.

WhatsApp messages

We may send you a WhatsApp message about a booking you made — a confirmation, or a change to your trip. These are service messages about your own transfer; we don’t send marketing on WhatsApp. If you’d rather not be messaged there, reply STOP to any message or tell us when you book, and we’ll use email only.

Retention

We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and tax obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time — just contact us.

Cookies

We use only the essential cookies needed to run the booking site (for example, to keep your booking progress). We don’t use advertising trackers.
